Your Job Description
Preparing cocktails for guests
Mixing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Serving guests according to their requests or orders
Taking stock of items in the bars
Ensuring beverages are not out of stock
Keeping records of all sales and reconciliation of accounts
Following sanitation rules and regulations
Always ensuring the bar area is clean and dry
Ensuring payments for beverages sold are collected and recorded
The Job Requirements
Good customer service skills
Must be able to mix drinks
Must be familiar with different beverages including alcoholic wines
Previous experience as a mixologist or as a bartender
