Your Job Description
The Job
Check the net weight of loaded trucks to ensure it is within the approved tolerance range.
Inspect raw materials receipt, transfer, evacuation, and loading of finished goods and maintain an accurate record.
Physically verify local supplies at stores/offices and process vendors’ waybills in line with internal control procedures.
For bagged & bulk products, reconcile gate pass quantity, weighbridge docket net weight, and invoiced quantity for correctness.
Witness diesel receipts, daily diesel dipping, and issuance to generators, trucks, tankers, cranes, Hiab, and forklifts; also monitor transfer from diesel tank to refinery and power plant.
Witness vendor receipts and maintain accurate records.
Document supply items on the store monitoring register.
Validate shipping/loading documents on D-365 at exit gates in all operational locations.
Understand the company’s food safety policy, its objectives, and the benefits of an improved food safety management system.

Effective communication and reporting skills to liaise with drivers, vendors, and internal departments.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across operations, logistics, and finance teams.
Basic understanding of food safety and quality management systems and commitment to maintaining operational hygiene standards.
Good understanding of internal control procedures, compliance checks, and documentation standards.
Qualifications
5 O’ level Credits including English & Mathematics in not more than two sittings.
