The Job
Supervise the execution of cost-effective and efficient electrical maintenance, repairs, installations, and services of electrical equipment and systems.
Ensure hygienic conditions within the working electrical environment.
Ensure team works safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards.
Train team members to deliver quality work and improve performance.
Ensure compliance with HSE, QMS, food safety, and IA standards.
Ensure materials and tools needed for repairs and maintenance are kept in good working condition.
Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping.
Engage in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
Oversee electrical work and site electricians, scope work and order materials, issue permits, and ensure electrical safety rules are followed.

The Person Must
Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
Have strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and controls.
Have excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Have good report writing skills and ability to maintain accurate maintenance records.
Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
5 O’ level Credits including English & Mathematics in not more than two sittings/Technical qualifications.
OND in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ cognate experience in a similar role in electrical maintenance, preferably in milling or FMCG.
