About the Job

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Manager (Lifecycle & Campaigns) to own the end-to-end execution of our email and SMS marketing programs. You’ll develop strategies, craft campaigns, and continuously optimize performance to drive revenue and retention for our growing DTC health brand.

What You’ll Work On

Campaign Management

  • Plan, write, design, and deploy weekly email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo
  • Ensure all communications are clear, on-brand, and optimized for engagement and conversions
  • Manage campaign calendars, align with launches and promotions, and handle segmentation

Lifecycle & Automation

  • Build and maintain automated flows to increase LTV, retention, and subscription adoption
  • Continuously refine lifecycle sequences to reflect customer behavior and insights
  • Ensure every touchpoint contributes to the overall customer journey

Optimization & Testing

  • Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for subject lines, creative, CTAs, and timing
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Report on key metrics such as open rate, CTR, CVR, unsubscribe rate, and revenue attribution
  • Maintain strong email deliverability and domain health

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the creative team to align messaging and visuals with brand tone
  • Work with Growth and Product teams to incorporate audience insights and product updates
  • Present findings and performance reports to leadership proactively

The Job Requirements

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in email and lifecycle marketing, ideally for a DTC brand
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo (or similar ESPs) and SMS platforms
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging, conversion-focused content
  • Basic design proficiency in Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Analytical mindset with experience running A/B tests and interpreting results
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing end-to-end campaign workflows
  • A self-starter with strong ownership and communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in health, wellness, or CPG industries
  • Familiarity with Shopify and eCommerce analytics
  • Understanding of deliverability best practices and list hygiene
  • Experience creating landing pages or light funnel optimization
