Work with the business to design cutting-edge custom applications that will allow our business to stay ahead of the competition and achieve its strategic goals.
Design structures and tools for systems which meet business needs, delivering the technical visualization of proposed applications for approval by the business and execution by the development team.
Translate technical plans into detailed designs for implementation using selected products.
Ensure that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards, and practices are applied correctly.

Qualifications
BSc in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
Professional Certifications can be an added advantage.
Experience
3-4 years’ experience in Business process management, modelling, innovation, science, analysis, design, engineering, improvement, documenting, quality assurance, analysis tools, and systems.
3-4 years’ experience in process analysis, process improvement, or business analysis within a banking or financial services environment.
