Your Job Description
Your responsibilities...
Welcome visitors warmly, ensuring they feel attended to from the moment they arrive.
Manage phone calls, messages, inquiries, and front desk communication channels.
Maintain a clean, professional, and organized reception area at all times.
Carry out administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, documentation, and office logistics.
Assist with coordinating meetings, visitor logs, and basic office operations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Provide accurate information about the company’s services when needed.
Ensure the front desk is always functional, efficient, and welcoming.
The Job Requirements
To be considered, you should have:
1–2 years experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in basic office tools (MS Office, email, call handling)
A friendly, confident, and professional demeanor

Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦120,000 depending on experience
