About the Job

As Product Enablement Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing inland and terminal value-added services (VAS) across APM Terminals Nigeria. This is a Country Role covering Apapa, Port-Harcourt & Kano. You’ll bridge the gap between product strategy and execution, ensuring products are successfully adopted, scaled, and continuously improved. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with commercial, operational, and marketing teams, as well as engagement with external stakeholders including government agencies, strategic partners, and key customers.

Your Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the link between commercial and operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Manage inland and terminal products post-launch across Apapa, Onne, and Kano, driving revenue and volume growth.
  • Develop product training materials and deliver training to sales and frontline teams.
  • Create and maintain product collateral including SOPs, user guides, FAQs, and process flows.
  • Coordinate with marketing and commercial intelligence to develop localized go-to-market strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and regulatory bodies to support product enablement.
  • Monitor product performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Identify inefficiencies and feed insights back into product development.
  • Ensure the APMT website and digital platforms reflect the latest product information.
  • Support global product alignment by collaborating with the global product team.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across product lines.

The Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Development, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, project implementation, or enablement roles, ideally in logistics, shipping, or terminal operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into product solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization and influencing across levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools including Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative spirit and a passion for driving meaningful change.
