Your Job Description

  • Conduct market research, data analysis, and financial modelling to support client projects.
  • Develop business strategies and recommendations based on data-driven insights.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards to effectively communicate findings.
  • Support project management tasks, including tracking deliverables and timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Interface with clients, presenting findings and recommendations, and ensuring client satisfaction.

The Job Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in consulting, with excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization tools, and Zoho Suite.
  • Strong understanding of market research, financial modelling, and strategy articulation.
  • Knowledge of the digital payments landscape, finance, and strategy.
  • Prior experience working for a global management consulting company or financial institution.
  • Experience in project management, business analysis, and/or technology implementation projects.
  • Proven experience in relationship management and client interfacing, with a strong ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Interest in financial technology, digital payments, and business intelligence in Africa and globally.
