About the Job

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Delivery Officer to support our field sales team and ensure smooth, efficient operations. This role requires a candidate who can act as the liaison between the sales department, clients, and other stakeholders—ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery that strengthens client satisfaction and company growth.

Your Job Description

  • Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication.
  • Ensure all sales-related materials and equipment are adequately available and functional.
  • Provide after-sales support and respond to client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial and non-financial data and prepare relevant reports.
  • Process customer orders with precision and in a timely manner.
  • Notify clients of any changes, delays, or problems and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Monitor team performance, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements.

The Job Requirements

  • B.Sc./BA in Business Administration or a related field (certification in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage).
  • Proven experience as a project administrator or coordinator in the Information Technology or Services sector.
  • Strong technical background with understanding of software development or web technologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A team player with high levels of responsibility, problem-solving capabilities, and professionalism.
