Your Job Description
Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth
You will define and execute the commercial strategy to drive revenue growth across all business lines.
You will develop pricing, monetization, and go-to-market strategies grounded in market insight and commercial logic.
You will identify new business opportunities, shape deals, and lead negotiations with high-value partners.
Business Development & Partnerships
You will lead the commercial pipeline from origination to close, ensuring strong partner alignment and value delivery.
You will own key external relationships and establish partnerships that unlock strategic growth opportunities.
Financial & Market Intelligence
You will work closely with Finance and Product teams to align pricing, unit economics, and profitability targets.
You will analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to inform decisions and positioning.
Leadership & Execution
You will lead and coach a team of commercial professionals to deliver results with discipline and ambition.
You will work cross-functionally to ensure commercial strategy is tightly integrated with product, marketing, and operations.
You will report directly to the CEO and help shape broader business strategy from a commercial lens.
The Job Requirements
10–15 years of experience in commercial leadership roles, including time spent in consulting and/or investment banking.
Experience crafting commercial strategies and leading deal-making in fast-paced or emerging markets.
Strong financial modeling and data interpretation skills; you speak numbers fluently.
Experience working closely with product, finance, and operations teams to drive business goals.
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.
A strong academic background; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
