As the Marketing Manager, you will take the lead in streamlining and optimizing how our client positions our products, engages customers, and drives sales through both online and offline channels. You’ll play a strategic role in shaping campaigns, crafting point-of-sale experiences, and ensuring theirs services remain competitive and compelling. Your Job Description
You will lead offline and online marketing initiatives (Marcom and MDF) to enhance brand visibility and performance.
You will oversee category management, ensuring strong product positioning and keeping track of competitor activities.
You will manage e-store platforms, marketplace sellers, and online campaigns to boost digital sales and user experience.
You will analyze sales forecasts, channel performance, and partner programs to optimize strategy and execution.
You will collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate marketing activities that deliver the best ROI for category and sales goals.
You will contribute to annual and quarterly marketing plan development and provide marketing support to account managers.
You will create and monitor dashboards to track KPIs and identify actionable trends.
You will coordinate with external vendors and agencies for campaign and display execution.
You will work alongside Key Account Managers (KAMs) to define key account plans and support sales negotiations for activations and placements.
You will visit retail and point-of-sale locations to ensure best-in-class execution, while managing third-party merchandising agencies and POSM manufacturers.
You will conceptualize and execute trade marketing campaigns with distributors and retailers.
You will develop displays, manage category management systems, and propose actions to increase sell-out.
You will engage with influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to build product awareness.
You will monitor competitor activity, price points (MSRPs), and POS material applications to ensure consistent and premium brand representation.
The Job Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in channel marketing, trade marketing, or retail marketing.
Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities, with experience interpreting sell-out data and market insights.
Proven experience in managing campaigns across online and offline retail channels.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of category management, merchandising, and POS execution best practices.
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with managing e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
