In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of medical products and services to healthcare providers within your designated territory. You will build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, deliver product presentations, and consistently work towards achieving sales targets.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with 2–4 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales, who are passionate about improving healthcare delivery through innovative products.
Your Job Description
Product Sales & Promotion: Market and sell medical products and solutions (devices, consumables, or services) to doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and labs.
Territory Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand customer base and grow sales within assigned territory.
Product Demonstration: Deliver engaging, accurate presentations and product demonstrations tailored to clients’ needs.
Market Research: Monitor competitor activities and understand client requirements to effectively position company offerings.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
After-Sales Support: Provide excellent post-sale service, resolve client issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
The Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, Biology, Nursing, Marketing, or a related discipline.
A background in medical or scientific fields is a strong advantage.
Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or related fields.
