We are hiring a detail-oriented and experienced Painter to join our facility maintenance team at a reputable hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for painting walls, ceilings, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain the hotels aesthetic appeal in line with brand standards and guest expectations.

Your Job Description

• Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, fill cracks, and apply primers to ensure smooth painting surfaces.
• Paint Application: Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Color Matching: Ensure consistent color and finish across all areas, including touch-ups as needed.
• Special Finishes & Wallpapering: Apply decorative finishes or wallpaper as required.
• Tool Maintenance: Maintain and clean all painting tools and equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures for materials handling and work environments.
• Collaboration: Work with maintenance and facility teams on renovation or repair projects.
• Communication: Interact professionally with guests, team members, and supervisors to ensure quality service delivery.

The Job Requirements

• 3-5 years proven experience in painting (hospitality, hotel, or commercial facility experience preferred)
• Knowledge of painting materials, tools, and application techniques
• Ability to follow work orders and complete tasks independently
• Physically fit; able to work at heights or in confined spaces
• Attention to detail and good color coordination skills
• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent education
