Your Job Description
You will sell microloan products and mobilize customer deposits.
You will source new clients through fieldwork, digital platforms, and customer referrals.
You will assess the creditworthiness of potential borrowers using the 5Cs of credit.
You will build and maintain strong client relationships with follow-ups and support.
You will educate prospects and clients on loan terms, repayment schedules, and savings benefits.
You will hit your sales and collection targets consistently.
You will complete all required documentation and loan application processes accurately.
You will report field insights and challenges to your supervisor to improve sales strategy.
The Job Requirements
A minimum of an NCE or OND qualification
At least 6 months of direct sales experience in a financial institution
Residency in Port Harcourt (this role is strictly for PH-based candidates)
A strong understanding of field sales, credit, and customer service
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Basic understanding of microfinance principles is a plus
