Your Job Description
Sales Strategy & Market Development
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
Develop and maintain sales forecasts, budgets, and performance targets.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare providers.
Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed set targets.
Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and mentoring for team members.
Foster a results-oriented culture that emphasizes customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Product Promotion & Support
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the company’s medical products and solutions.
Present and promote products to healthcare professionals, procurement officers, and decision-makers.
Coordinate with the technical team to provide post-sales support where necessary.
Reporting & Process Improvement
Track, monitor, and analyze sales performance data and KPIs.
Prepare periodic sales reports and recommendations for business improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
The Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Professional certifications in sales, healthcare marketing, or project management are an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical equipment or healthcare sector.
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
Demonstrated success in driving business growth and meeting sales targets.
