Our client in the real estate sector is seeking a proactive and target-driven Sales/Outdoor Marketer to join their growing team in Lagos. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for real estate marketing, lead generation, and direct client engagement.
Your Job Description
Generate qualified leads through outdoor marketing, cold calls, and field activations.
Promote the company's property offerings to prospective clients across designated areas.
Organize and execute marketing campaigns, roadshows, and open house events.
Engage clients in property presentations and site inspections.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
The Job Requirements
Minimum of 2β4 years proven experience in real estate sales or outdoor marketing.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
Good knowledge of the Lagos property market and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work with minimal supervision.
