Your Job Description
Full-Funnel Growth
You will manage the entire AARRR funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue.
You will run and optimize user acquisition campaigns across paid and organic channels.
You will design and execute experiments to uncover repeatable growth wins.
Product Insights & User Research
You will conduct user interviews, surveys, and A/B tests to derive actionable insights.
You will collaborate with design and product teams to improve onboarding and engagement flows.
Analytics & Reporting
You will manage product tracking via tools like Segment, Tag Manager, and Mixpanel.
You will use Metabase, SQL, and spreadsheets to uncover trends and opportunities.
You will build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track growth metrics.
Growth Strategy & Execution
You will develop and execute unconventional strategies to drive viral and organic growth.
You will build lifecycle campaigns using tools like Customer.io and automated funnels.
You will be proactive in finding technical, data-led, and creative ways to drive ARPU growth.
The Job Requirements
5+ years of experience growing mobile B2C products at scale
Experience with mobile direct response ads (especially install-focused)
Deep knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing tools and event-tracking systems
Strong technical ability with analytics platforms (Mixpanel, GA4), attribution, and SQL
Proven ability to extract growth insights and act on them quickly
Experience with experimental frameworks and product-led growth strategies
