Your Job Description

  • Social Strategy & Brand Growth
    • You will design and execute strategic social media roadmaps tailored to the brand’s identity and target market.
    • You will manage platform-specific content calendars, ensuring relevance, consistency, and cohesion.
    • You will track trends, analyze performance metrics, and refine strategies for growth and engagement.
  • Content Creation & Campaign Development
    • You will ideate and produce scroll-stopping content including Reels, Stories, carousels, and TikToks.
    • You will write captivating captions, hooks, and call-to-actions aligned with the brand’s voice.
    • You will create visual assets and campaign creatives that bring fashion and lifestyle narratives to life.
  • Email & Digital Marketing
    • You will develop email flows, newsletters, and launch campaigns that drive clicks and conversions.
    • You will manage waitlists, storytelling content, and lifestyle-driven email marketing that feels personal and premium.
    • You will collaborate with design and brand teams to translate brand ethos into digital campaigns.
  • Trend Tracking & Community Insight
    • You will monitor social and cultural trends to keep our clients relevant and ahead of the curve.
    • You will pitch trend-based content ideas, viral audio hooks, and timely campaign moments.
    • You will integrate audience insights to enhance brand connection and relatability.

The Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in social media strategy, content marketing, or digital brand management.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create and manage visual, high-performing content (especially for fashion or lifestyle brands).
  • Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, and tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
  • Excellent writing skills, your captions, emails, and copy convert and connect.
  • A deep understanding of visual storytelling, audience psychology, and cultural nuance.
  • Experience managing content calendars, launch plans, and analytics tools.
