Your Job Description
Social Media Strategy & Execution
You will develop and implement content strategies that align with brand goals across all relevant platforms.
You will plan, schedule, and post content consistently, maintaining a cohesive voice and aesthetic.
You will manage all platform communities responding to comments, DMs, and mentions with care and creativity.
Content Creation
You will create engaging, high-performing content from carousels to reels, memes to motion graphics.
You will collaborate with design and video teams or create content yourself using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
You will ideate and run creative campaigns around key launches, events, and trends.
Analytics & Optimization
You will track performance metrics including engagement rate, reach, shares, clicks, and follower growth.
You will report weekly on what’s working (and what’s not) and adapt the strategy accordingly.
You will use platform insights and audience data to refine tone, format, and posting schedule.
Brand Positioning & Community Engagement
You will ensure brand tone and messaging are consistent across all content and platforms.
You will monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to keep us ahead of the curve.
You will nurture a digital community that feels seen, heard, and loyal to the brand.
The Job Requirements
3–5 years’ experience managing social media platforms for a brand or agency.
A portfolio or examples of past content, campaigns, or social growth you’ve driven.
Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, and video editing tools.
A strong grasp of storytelling, audience psychology, and visual branding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
An entrepreneurial mindset — self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working independently.
