Academic Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of a Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Professional certification (e.g., MCSA, MCSE + Security) is an advantage.
- At least five (5) years of experience supporting IT infrastructure and service delivery.
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management.
