Your Job Description
Tax Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive tax strategies for clients in line with local and international tax regulations.
Provide strategic tax planning for businesses and individuals to optimize tax obligations, ensuring full compliance with Nigerian tax laws and international tax frameworks.
Tax Compliance:
Oversee the preparation and timely submission of tax returns (corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, PAYE, etc.) for clients.

The Job Requirements
A professional certification in taxation (e.g., CITN, ACCA, ICAN) is required.
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in tax advisory and compliance, preferably within a mid-tier tax consulting firm.
Proven track record in managing complex tax projects and handling tax audits, disputes, and negotiations with tax authorities.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax regulations, including CIT, VAT, transfer pricing, and withholding tax.
Experience with international tax law, double taxation treaties, and cross-border transactions.
Familiarity with tax planning tools and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex tax issues and provide innovative solutions.
Ability to interpret and apply tax laws in practical scenarios, demonstrating keen attention to detail.
