Contribute and shape the development of client plans and strategies by providing Real Estate Finance perspectives and insights to shape strategic thinking and enhance the client portfolio through a holistic approach.
Define, implement, and monitor data requirements to track trends for the purpose of growing the Investment Banking pipeline.
Drive origination of Real Estate Finance solutions and multi-product Investment Banking deals with C-Suite, board-level decision makers, and key management teams in partnership with Client Coverage, Regional Heads, and Sub-segment/region leads to deliver client-centric solutions that improve the overall client experience.
Originate, develop, lead, and structure solutions that align with the Lending business global strategy by identifying and driving the strategic objectives for the Real Estate Finance portfolio to optimize client and/or shareholder returns, grow Investment Banking revenue, and protect/grow the Lending market share.
Oversee and provide specialist expertise and insight in the conceptual design of financial models (e.g., valuations, financial, transactional), providing in-depth insight into assumptions and augmenting the design to ensure validity and reliability.
