Business Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute business strategy for the Energy & Power division.
Lead growth initiatives and operational planning.
Collaborate with executive leadership to drive innovation and expansion.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic collaborations to expand market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Operations & Project Management
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
Implement frameworks to ensure high-quality execution.
Identify new markets, partnerships, and investment opportunities.
Represent the company in meetings with stakeholders, investors, and development partners.
Team & Culture
Mentor and develop team members.
Build a collaborative, high-performing culture.
Lead recruitment and onboarding for the division.
Drive team accountability through clear goals and performance management.
Foster continuous learning and capacity building across the team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with finance, engineering, and technical teams.
Provide business insights to support decision-making.
Align operational execution with company goals.
Support company-wide initiatives.
Coordinate with project and field teams.
The Job Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage.
5 years of progressive experience in business management, operations, or commercial leadership roles, ideally within the energy, logistics, or technology sectors.
Proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and operational oversight.
Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and performance management.
Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
