Work closely with the manager on business, strategy and execution of the projects.
Conduct data analysis to generate business insights related to revenue growth.
Assist in implementation of project activities in accordance with the work plan.
Use Jira and other technology tools to proactively manage the team’s complex plans.
Lead the daily huddles with the management team.
Prepare administrative documents, collect and compile inputs to documents as well as analyze financials and develop budgets.
Collect, compile, and organize background materials, documents and other materials for meetings and develop clinical education materials for members.
Focus on creating presentations, SOPs, curriculum, training materials, and quality assessments.
Perform reporting as needed; compile data, and generate reports and decks as needed.
Create monthly plans for virtual training needs and plans for resources.
Initiate meetings with stakeholders and team, prepare communication to summarize discussions and action items in meetings – internal and client meetings.
Manage logistics with external partners and stakeholders for tele-education programs and other efforts.
Participate in on-site work at the hubs, community outreach activities, and MQN-related assignments, including periodic field visits, member engagement, and support at designated locations to ensure comprehensive service delivery and meet organizational goals.
Document meeting discussions and decisions into meeting minutes and follow up on post-meeting action items as designated during project meetings.
Conduct reviews of projects for action items and recommend solutions.
Provide general assistance to the program and project team(s) as needed.
Distribute communications related to program and project plan activities.
Schedule meetings for program and project plan activities.
Compile and publish weekly project status reports for leadership and project sponsors, project teams, and other key project stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
1–3 years of professional experience in growth, partnerships, business development, or related roles.
Experience working in Healthcare, Health-Tech, or service-oriented environments.
Proven ability to manage partnerships, field activities, or community engagements.
Proficiency with CRM or growth tracking tools is an added advantage.
