Your Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Execute developed marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels (social media, email, blog, etc.).
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges for viral content promotion.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform brand marketing brainstorming and activities.
Write engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, blog posts, press materials, and email campaigns.
Create high-quality content for social media platforms, including design direction, reel videos, video hosting, picture modeling, event hosting, and post captions.
Develop and support engagement campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and sales across social media, blogs, and email.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, creative) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Manage and maintain social media presence, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics.
Compile reports, analyze campaign results, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights for future initiatives.
Manage and maintain the marketing budget, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution of campaigns.

The Job Requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, tactics, and tools (social media, email marketing, etc.).
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.
