We’re seeking a Marketing Lead – AIVM Blockchain to define, own, and elevate the narrative of the AIVM protocol across the Web3 ecosystem. You will be responsible for crafting the positioning, messaging, and growth strategies that drive developer adoption, ecosystem partnerships, and category leadership for the world’s first AI Virtual Machine designed for blockchain.
This role is for someone who can deeply understand technical systems and communicate them with clarity, precision, and creativity — transforming AIVM into a recognized standard across layer-1s, layer-2s, and major Web3 ecosystems.
Responsibilities
AIVM Storytelling & Content Leadership
Produce high-quality AIVM-focused content, including protocol explainers, technical deep dives, integration showcases, documentation-enhanced marketing, and blog articles. Craft clear, compelling narratives about AIVM’s capabilities, architecture, and ecosystem impact. Translate technical concepts into messages that resonate with developers, partners, and media.
Protocol & Blockchain Marketing Strategy
Build and execute marketing strategies specifically for AIVM as a decentralized AI execution layer. Lead go-to-market plans for AIVM feature releases, integrations, cross-chain deployments, and ecosystem partnerships. Develop competitive positioning that differentiates AIVM within the AI-in-blockchain landscape.
Developer & Ecosystem Growth
Build developer adoption funnels using content, guides, campaigns, and community initiatives. Collaborate with DevRel to produce tutorials, onboarding paths, hackathon material, and integration examples. Drive ecosystem expansion by highlighting real-world use cases and successful AIVM-powered applications.
Thought Leadership, PR & Market Positioning
Own AIVM’s PR pipeline, including press releases, media outreach, interviews, and editorial content. Produce thought leadership that positions ChainGPT as the category leader in decentralized AI. Optimize AIVM-related content for SEO, including topics such as AI agents, on-chain inference, decentralized compute, and AI protocols.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Align closely with product, engineering, partnerships, and growth teams to ensure cohesive messaging. Provide market insights — competitive intelligence, ecosystem trends, and developer needs — to guide AIVM’s evolution. Ensure all public messaging is accurate, technically correct, and strategically aligned.

Employment Structure
The position is offered on either an employee or contractor basis, depending on the location and role. Individuals will receive payment via direct deposit on a monthly basis. Additional details regarding compensation, benefits, and company policies will be provided during onboarding and outlined in the official employment agreement.
Compensation
Salaries are paid in fiat currency via direct deposit on a monthly schedule, with payments issued on the first business day of each month. This structure ensures timely and transparent compensation aligned with local financial systems.
Probationary Period
All new employees will undergo a 90-day probationary period, which serves as a mutual evaluation phase. During this time, both the employee and ChainGPT can assess fit, performance, and long-term alignment with the role and company.
