In this position, you will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. we are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. Also, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with Marketing and Sales departments.

Responsibilities:
Set specific objectives and report on ROI
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
Communicate with followers, respond to queries on time and monitor customer reviews
Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Research social media trends and inform management of changes relevant to the company’s marketing activities
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
The Job Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, Public Relations, or related field.
2–4 years experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
Proven ability to create, schedule, and analyze content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook).
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
Ability to track engagement metrics and adjust strategy based on insights.
Creative mindset with strong understanding of brand tone and audience engagement.
(Preferred but not mandatory): Experience in healthcare or impact-driven organizations.
