Key Responsibilities

Design visual materials including social media creatives, infographics, brochures, banners, reports, and presentation templates.
Translate policy messages, complex data, and government initiatives into simple, visually engaging graphic formats.
Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all design outputs to ensure consistency and professionalism.
Work with content, digital, and communications teams to conceptualise and produce creative materials for campaigns and public outreach.
Develop layouts, illustrations, iconography, and visual concepts for digital and print communication.
Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors when required.

The Job Requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
Proven experience producing design assets for public institutions, media organisations, NGOs, or corporate brands.
Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW).
Ability to convert technical or policy-heavy information into clear visual storytelling formats.
Excellent understanding of layout, colour theory, typography, and composition.
Experience designing for both digital and print platforms.
