Key Responsibilities

Design and produce motion graphics, animations, video explainers, intros/outros, lower thirds, and other multimedia assets.
Convert complex policy, programme, and data insights into simple, visually engaging animated content.
Collaborate with scriptwriters, content teams, and analysts to develop storyboards, visual treatments, and narrative styles.
Edit and enhance video content including transitions, effects, sound design, titling, and motion elements.
Ensure all outputs comply with brand guidelines, government communication standards, and accessibility requirements.
Manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

The Job Requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field.
Proven experience producing motion graphics and animation for public sector, media, or corporate brands.
Strong proficiency in design and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Blender, Cinema 4D).
Ability to convert technical or policy-heavy content into clear, visually engaging animations.
Excellent sense of visual composition, colour, typography, and storytelling.
Strong understanding of video formats, rendering, compression, and platform-specific optimisation.
