HRIS Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, optimization, and governance of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The role combines strong HR systems expertise with hands-on project management capability to deliver HR technology initiatives that support business strategy, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
Proven experience in HR data management, validation, and system administration.
Strong understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance, learning, employee data).
Ability to configure, implement, and optimize HR systems.
Strong data analytics and reporting skills.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance.
Experience leading HRIS implementation or migration projects.
Ability to manage system upgrades, testing, and change management.
Strong knowledge of process improvement and automation of HR operations.
HND/First degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information System, Human Resource, or a related field.
Added advantage: SHRM-SCP / SPHRi / HRIS Technology Certification(s).
7–10 years’ progressive experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or HR Technology roles.
Strong knowledge of people data management and system administration.
Added advantage: Proven experience leading end-to-end HRIS projects.
