With over 30 years of experience, they provide luxury products and exceptional customer service through a team of over 100 highly motivated professionals.

Your Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed goals through sales strategies, clientelling, sourcing new clients, and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide consistent coaching; create and modify action plans for continuous staff development.
  • Stay current with market competition, industry trends, and client shopping behaviors.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen; strategically forecast, plan, and budget to meet business needs.
  • Foster teamwork, trust, and collaboration with peers, clients, and supervisors.
  • Develop product knowledge; train the team on current in-boutique and online collections.
  • Create a boutique environment that delivers authentic luxury client experiences.
  • Manage sales executives, providing feedback and development opportunities.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Revive dormant accounts and resuscitate past corporate and government accounts; sign up new clients.
  • Sell all product categories in volume for entry-level, mid-range, and high-end watches.
  • Complete all brand training requirements through e-learning and other sources.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to the company dress code.

The Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail, watches, or fashion, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent business acumen, strategic planning, and client relationship management.
  • Deep knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and customer shopping behavior.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven environment.
  • Passion for luxury products and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
