Drive investment decisions and capital allocation
Partner with executives to guide growth and strategy
Evaluate financial risks and opportunities
Support long-term business and expansion planning
Operations & Compliance
Oversee budgeting, cash flow, and treasury management
Ensure compliance with regulations and financial best practices
Implement financial processes and controls
Strengthen internal audit and governance systems
Improve operational efficiency across finance functions
Taxation & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to tax regulations and compliance with statutory financial requirements
Build and maintain productive relationships with tax authorities and relevant regulatory agencies
Oversee accurate and timely tax filings and payments
Monitor changes in tax laws and advise leadership
Reduce tax exposure through compliant optimization strategies
Treasury & Fund Management
Manage the company’s cash flow, treasury operations, and banking relationships
Develop and oversee capital structure strategies, including equity, debt, and working capital management
Coordinate fundraising activities and manage relationships with investors and financial institutions
