API & Service Development

  • Build RESTful APIs and service connectors for internal and third-party applications.
  • Ensure secure, scalable, and reusable code for all integrations.
  • Maintain versioning and documentation of API endpoints.

System Interoperability

  • Ensure timely data exchange between core platforms, third-party systems, and reporting tools.
  • Monitor integration performance and resolve service interruptions or data mismatches.

Technical Support & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with product, QA, and business teams to define and refine integration requirements.
  • Provide technical support during UAT and post-deployment phases.
