Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Research and pursue new business opportunities
Identify clients' needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions
Provide clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guide their decision-making process
Upsell and cross-sell products/services to clients
Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner
Prospect for new clients and ensure client satisfaction
Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the customer base
Build long-term relationships with clients and customers
Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand
Help promote and maintain a positive company image
The Job Requirements
Requirements
B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
2–3 years’ experience in relationship management or customer service.
Strong presentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
