Your Job Description

Accountabilities

  • Take responsibility for the supply chain, planning, movement, management, and distribution of orders while meeting the service demands of internal and external customers.
  • Manage and oversee overall supply chain operations, including Purchasing, Freight, and Logistics.
  • Run and prepare monthly supply chain KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across functional teams, vendors, and service providers.
  • Handle day-to-day operational activities relating to Trade Finance in the Procurement Hub.
  • Oversee issuance and negotiation of Letters of Credit in accordance with USB/ISBP provisions.
  • Prepare Letters of Credit and Bills of Collection, ensuring transactions comply with ICC Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (UCP600) and company standards, as well as country-specific import requirements; apply Incoterms 2010 (or latest version) as applicable.
  • Manage Letters of Credit from draft presentation through to payment, including issuing bank courier information, establishing draft maturity payment dates, and forecasting foreign exchange purchases.
  • Liaise with suppliers on vendor financing and coordinate with respective banks and Finance Shared Services (FSS) for payment release.
  • Manage service providers and work with the Strategic Freight team, local customs, and OUs’ inbound teams to ensure accurate shipping documentation and compliance with freight rates.
  • Act as a hub to receive orders from PZ operating units (OUs) and publish orders to suppliers; coordinate order delivery processing with suppliers and shipping lines to ensure On Time, In Full, and Quality delivery as per PZ OU requirements.

  • Support and maintain continuous and collaborative improvement initiatives throughout the supply chain.
