We are currently sourcing junior structural engineers to work both onsite and in the Project Management Office.
Your Job Description
Job Summary
The preferred candidates will be required to perform the following functions:

Developing detailed designs.

Carrying out feasibility assessments and site inspections.

Preparing and implementing project plans.
-
Researching and providing estimates for projects.

Reviewing government regulations and ordinances.
-
Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.

Confidently liaising with clients and other professional subcontractors.

Performing required project management duties (e.g. managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.).
The Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Civil Engineering, building, or related field.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 1–2 years of construction experience carrying out design, QA/QC, and project management activities.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Familiarity with design software such as Autodesk, AutoCAD, Orion, Microsoft Project, and Civil 3D, among others.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.
- Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time.
- Project management skills.
- Competence with the Office 365 suite of tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
