CLIENT SUMMARY
A leading independent owner and operator of floating, production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessels worldwide.
JOB SUMMARY
The candidate will ensure the reliable, safe, and efficient operation of compressor units on the FPSO through routine inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
General Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain gas compressor and gas lift skid.
Assist and execute technical maintenance in production plant.
Special Responsibilities:
Daily operation of compressor skid.
Ensuring proper and continuous functioning of gas lift with minimum downtime.
Report to PSUP status of equipment.
Liaise with PSUP for spare parts stock and necessary purchasing.
Report any hazardous situation and equipment failure to PSUP or SPOP as appropriate.
Carry out routine safety tests and checks on equipment as required by PSUP.
Execution and technical expertise to PSUP and SPOP in all mechanical maintenance in production facilities.
Assist SPOP and JPOP in production routines if needed.
Keep record of repairs, adjustments, and the use of spare parts.
Be familiar with PTW System.
Be fully familiar with rules, regulations, and work procedures applicable to his responsibilities.
