The Finance Manager will be responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. Viewed as a functional Subject Matter Expert. In depth understanding of a complex field based upon a long experience. Has a leading role in knowledge management. Organizes knowledge sharing to convey information about new approaches and best practices.

Your Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing internal controls over financial reporting, including accounting policy implementations, SOX, distributed controllership, process simplification, and internal controls over IPP monitoring and risk.
  • Advising management within the function and/or the business, providing support in decision-making on key and strategic matters.
  • Presenting business and functional solutions to leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and exercising significant influence within a business unit, functional family, or P&L.
  • Leading the design and implementation of both long-term and short-term projects.

The Job Requirements

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will:

  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related Business, Finance, or Accounting field
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in Operational Finance
  • Have at least 10+ years of relevant business experience
  • Demonstrate experience working with cross-functional teams within a global matrix environment
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with teams and customers
  • Have experience leading or working with teams to deliver successful projects and initiatives
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively and balance priorities in a fast-moving, time-sensitive environment
  • Be a good team player who enjoys collaboration and problem-solving
