Onboard new enterprise banking customers and proactively manage relationships.
Monitor daily sales, track conversion ratios, follow up on proactive sales leads, and monitor specified sales and cross-sell targets.
Reactivate dormant accounts.
Cross-sell the bank’s products and services to existing customers.
Handle customer complaints, improve customer experience, and grow the bank’s share of wallet by proactively engaging customers via telephone, email, or web chat.

The Job Requirements

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: First Degree

Field of Study: Finance, Accounting, and all courses under social sciences (ACCA, ACA, or Master's degree would be an added advantage)

Experience Required

At least 5–7 years' experience in frontline banking, Relationship Management, Commercial Banking, and Business Banking with products and services. Experience handling and organizing large data sets.

Previous portfolio management experience servicing Business or Commercial Banking clients. Experience in a branch sales and/or service role. Skilled in preparing credit motivations and understanding lending principles.
