Your Job Description

The Role

You will be responsible for resourcing and placing top talent with leading companies, using a range of sourcing and relationship-building methodologies.

  • Source and identify top talent using multiple recruitment methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
  • Resource new candidates through networking, headhunting, and database management.
  • Develop skills to become a full 360 Recruitment Consultant.
  • Build new client relationships through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Advertise roles based on specific client requirements.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews.
  • Stay up to date with clients’ specific hiring requirements.
  • Provide interview feedback to candidates.

  • Use of a world-class Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Cloud-based tools for email, document storage, and collaboration.
  • Performance-driven environment focused on results rather than rigid processes.

The Job Requirements

The Ideal Candidate

  • Recent graduate with at least 1 year of experience in agency or recruitment consulting.
  • Must have experience working with cloud-based solutions.
  • Must demonstrate strong database discipline.
  • This is not a typical 9–5 role; the candidate should be able to work flexibly based on client demands.
  • Strong negotiation skills are required.
  • Solid understanding of the recruitment sales process, including selling roles to candidates and presenting candidates to clients.
  • High level of technology proficiency, as technology drives the business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
